Trump says he will immediately declare national energy emergency

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday said he would immediately declare a national energy emergency, promising to fill up strategic reserves and export American energy all over the world.

“We will be a rich nation again, and it is that liquid gold under our feet that will help to do it,” he said in his inaugural address after being sworn in.
