Marvell Is Up 120% in 2026. Earnings Hit May 21.

A 52-week high, an AMD equity stake, and two catalysts in 27 days.

Marvell Technology hit a 52-week high of $192.15 today. The stock is up more than 120% year-to-date. Q1 FY2027 earnings arrive May 21, after the close – six days sooner than many outlets have been reporting. A custom silicon investor event follows on June 17. Two catalysts. Twenty-seven days.

What’s interesting is the AMD angle. Advanced Micro Devices disclosed a position of 65,516 MRVL shares worth approximately $11.6 million. Two companies this closely linked in the AI silicon ecosystem don’t typically take equity stakes in each other without something deeper developing. It hasn’t been explained yet. That ambiguity is worth sitting with.

The Numbers

The most recently reported quarter is Q4 FY2026 (ended February 1, 2026). Revenue came in at $2.219 billion, up 22% year-over-year and 7% sequentially. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.80 edged the $0.79 consensus. Data center revenue hit $1.65 billion – 74% of total revenue – up 21% year-over-year. Full-year FY2026 revenue was $8.195 billion, up 42%, with non-GAAP EPS of $2.84, up 81% year-over-year. Non-GAAP gross margin: 59.5%. Operating margin expanded 640 basis points year-over-year to 35.3%.

Management guided Q1 FY2027 revenue to $2.4 billion (±5%), implying 27% year-over-year growth. Non-GAAP EPS guidance midpoint: $0.79. Full-year FY2027 outlook approaches $11 billion. FY2028 target: ~$15 billion. Data center revenue alone is expected to grow roughly 40% year-over-year in FY2027 and close to 50% in FY2028.

Where Analysts Stand

Wall Street has 22 Buys, 4 Holds, zero Sells on the name. The average 12-month price target sits near $141.95 – roughly 23% below where the stock is trading today. Targets have been moving fast heading into May 21: BofA raised to $200 from $125, RBC to $200 from $170, UBS to $195 from $120, B. Riley to $205 from $156. Goldman Sachs raised to $125 from $100 but held its Neutral rating. That $80 spread between Goldman and B. Riley reflects a genuine disagreement about how custom silicon margins scale through FY2027 – not a rounding error.

Forward P/E: 44.25x. TTM P/E: 59.28x. The stock has outrun the Street’s average target by roughly 35%. Insider sales reached $26.2 million over three months with no corresponding buying. Pre-arranged plans aside, that context matters at these levels.

Hidden in Tesla’s Filing: A $12 Billion “Super Startup”

Pull up Tesla’s most recent SEC filing. Page 5.

And you’ll see a single line showing $12 billion in revenue from a brand-new “super startup” Elon Musk has been quietly incubating inside Tesla.

This new “super startup” has nothing to do with cars or robots or space or AI…

But it sits at the center of what Blackstone calls “a $23 trillion investment opportunity.”

And on July 22, Elon is expected to pull back the curtain and reveal exactly what he’s building.

But Adam O’Dell already knows… and he reveals it all in this urgent video.

What May 21 Actually Tests

Three things will drive the reaction: custom silicon revenue trajectory, gross margin on the ASIC ramp, and whether FY2027 guidance holds above $11 billion. If all three land cleanly, the valuation math shifts in favor of bulls. If gross margin compresses on the custom silicon mix – which is a real risk as ASIC ramp costs hit – or if any hyperscaler commentary softens, the cost of being wrong at 44x forward earnings is not abstract. The June 17 investor event is the second window, and arguably more important for longer-duration holders who want specifics on design-win pipeline and FY2028 revenue visibility.

A defined-risk call spread in the $200–$215 range (June expiration) covers both catalysts with capped downside. A put spread in the $165–$150 range offers exposure if guidance disappoints. For those without a strong directional view, elevated implied volatility into back-to-back binary events favors structures that define risk on both sides rather than outright directional positions.
